The exterior takes inspiration from rustic Italian architecture, with smooth plaster walls and large solid cedar timbers supporting the rear of the home. Positioned high on the property, the home takes full advantage of the lake with a 360-degree view through an impressive 18-foot pocketing steel door that completely disappears into the walls.
Inside, a grand circular staircase creates a dramatic first impression, while modern details such as the floor-to-ceiling cast-in-place concrete fireplace surround bring a contemporary edge to the architecture.
The open floor plan connects the living room directly to a chef’s kitchen featuring a 42-inch Thermador range, two built-in 36-inch refrigerators, custom cabinetry, and Carrara marble countertops and backsplash.
