Instead of changing the existing home’s layout, Artistic Contractors added a substantial new suite to the rear. The existing master suite became the mother’s private space, while the homeowners moved into the new addition. A single pocket door provides the connection between the two areas while maintaining a strong sense of separation and privacy.
The addition functions almost like a private second home, with its own mini kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The master bedroom opens onto a private covered deck, adding a quiet outdoor retreat to the new living space.
The master bath features an oversized custom tile shower, while the walk-in closet was fitted with fully custom wood shelving for organized storage.
