Midsomer Lot 1 is a completed contemporary waterfront residence on Lake Wylie, designed around long lake views and a seamless connection between the home, pool and shoreline. The entire lakeside elevation was planned to keep the water in view, with expansive glass and indoor-outdoor living spaces opening toward the infinity-edge pool and lake beyond.
Stucco, imported limestone, Cumaru wood, steel and glass define the architecture throughout. Inside, exposed steel, Cumaru ceilings, a hidden prep pantry, custom stone fireplace and cantilevered staircase continue the material palette, while the primary suite and main living spaces remain focused on the water.
