A 6,583-square-foot luxury condo renovation in Charlotte featuring a dramatic 24-foot mezzanine, custom fireplace, spa-inspired master bath, expansive sliding doors, and multiple outdoor living spaces.
Artistic Contractors transformed a 6,583-square-foot luxury condo in Charlotte’s historic Trust Building into a highly customized urban residence spanning portions of the fourth and fifth floors.
The $1.7 million renovation completely reimagined the two-level residence, including one of its most impressive architectural features a 24-foot-tall mezzanine created by opening the concrete structure between the floors.
This dramatic vertical connection gives the home a distinctive sense of scale while visually connecting the main living areas.
At the heart of the home, the 360-degree see-through fireplace creates a striking architectural focal point. Its integrated color-changing LEDs add another layer of customization to the space.
Along the living area, enormous 24-foot sliding doors open onto multiple patios through seamless recessed tracks, creating an effortless connection between the interior and outdoor spaces.
The master bathroom takes customization even further with a two-person stainless-steel hot tub engineered for exceptional size and comfort. The custom tub holds approximately 500 gallons of water and is complemented by ceiling-mounted Kohler fillers.
From the dramatic mezzanine and statement fireplace to the expansive sliding doors and outdoor entertaining spaces, every element of this luxury condo renovation was designed to make the most of the residence’s unique two-level layout.
The result is a one-of-a-kind Uptown Charlotte residence where architectural innovation, custom craftsmanship, and luxury living come together.
