New Custom Home In The Chantilly Neighborhood Of Charlotte
This project was a tear down to new construction in the Chantilly neighborhood of Charlotte. The original home was around 1000 sqft. We kept the foundation and then added two new stories on top.
A true artist lived here so you can see that represented in the eclectic finishes. The paint color and tile choices made this project very unique and fun. The homeowner took chances everywhere, and they all really paid off. The floors were done in a high gloss finish for a flashy look. The tile layout in the master was creative and fresh.
The prize feature of this home is the master bedroom wing. The huge master bedroom has a partition wall in the middle that separates the room into two sections. You have comfort on one side and business on the other. The bed-side of the wall created a perfect place for a TV and entertainment station. On the other side of the wall is where the owner set up a home office. The master bath is big and bright. The master closet even has its own laundry shoot for added convenience. This master suite is topped off with a private deck off the back with a wonderful view.
